HELLO!

gym training today.
don know why i felt very uncomfortable.
cant catch my breath and felt like puking.
after doing the last few for
every set my vision become blur.
like totally don know why.
hakloon told me sld be blood sugar level low.
sld take more sweet stuff.
i was like hmm i take very little sweet stuff mehz?
hahaz. well more sweet stuff!

went white sand's hong kong cafe after
training to celebrate xiaopei's birthday.
partner came around 7plus.
everyone were there except big eve.
and she's back in singapore!
eat and chat.
partner and ahlee went off after that.
we opened up the wine that hk cafe give.
is a gift for xiaopei's birthday.
we started playing with i never ever.
den changed to zhong ji mi ma.
omg! the wine taste horrible.
and we managed to finish all.
i think everyone is abit drunk?
hahaz. home after that.

most activities will be held on fri and sat.
so yup have to change it.
