went sinseh with captain YAN today.
with the company of ferlicia, xiaopei and angel.
captain YAN and me went in.
both of us laugh non stop when we are in pain.
it was very funny. hahaz.
my hand become retarded again.

back to ITE after that.
it had been a long time since im back.
walk past the familiar cafe 1,
the familiar forum,
the familiar stadium.
i realise i miss my ITE school life.

when i was near the stadium,
i hear ITE WOOSA from the girls.
den i saw them approching to me.
im so happy to see them.
looking at the track,
i realise i miss training there.
den they have debrief with laoshi.
i sat aside and wait.
as usual, laoshi take very long to talk.
i rmb i used to fall alslp when he talk.
hahaz. those were the days.
talked to them for awhile off they go.
im so going to have dinner with them one day.
i miss the ta ma and little kidos.
do train hard k? =D

dinner with ptgf, kong, ah chua,
huimin and netball coach after that.
purpose of going back today is to find netball coach.
went eastpost for LJS.
and home after that.

im back.
nth much as usual.

went to TP top table on fri.
with dearest sock and vian.
it had been a long time since we met.
the lunch were great.
went over to reservoir after that.
ahmao was sick.
so cox ITE boat for her.

training this few days.
3 days together are qutie tiring.
well but lets endure thru.
need to change quite alot on my stoke.
alot of bad habit that needed to be change.
and i still cant catch it.

bigbigeye and ptgf came over to
my place for dinner on sat.
and we went over to bigbigeye's hse after that.
i just love to be there.
and we just talk about anything and everything.

so went up to her and asked her today.

school have nth much recently.
ended school early everyday
and they visit TM arcade everyday too.
hahaz. the bball machine have became our fav.
they can spend like 10dollar on a single day.
slack around TM after that.
and everyone will go home.

training have been good too.
did quite alot on weights and running.
as usual running is the killer for me.
need to buck up on my stamina.

went to see gonggong today.
he look more fresh now.
he called just now and say he can eat tml already
and ahma say she will cook for him.
thats good for him.
he have not been eating for the past 8days.
hope to see him home soon.
