went for training today.
ran 2 rounds outside school.
almost died, really! hahaz.
den down for rowing.
medicine ball and leg raise after that.
chiong to buisness canteen to eat
and back to sports com to bathe.

went over to ahlee hse after that.
watch channel U.
they are in the show! hahaz.
they just go on laughing when they see themself inside.
home after that.


SUN.
went to nadiah's hse for hari raya treat.
alot of nice malay food.

ahlian late la!
quickly eat and rush to school.
took a cab there.

reached school at 3.10pm.
i'm late! rah!
started training with running.
den did circuit.
i was feeling super uncomfortable.
the food was like at my thoat already.
i swear i almost puke!
really really horrible.
down for rowing.
din really row much today.
did lots of stroke checking.
back to school for medicine ball and leg rasie.

as a punishment for me,
i have to do 100 pull ups!
LIKE ONE HUNDRED!
hahaz. did 50 after training today.
my arms are like jelly already.

i'm really sorry for being late.

we found a bag at sports com.
and we spend some time to explore the bag.
i mean we are trying to find out whose bag is that.
we found 2 wallets and i pod touch inside.
it was already very late and
school doesnt have anyone left except us.
we found out that the owner are from floorball.
so we decided to call niaoren's friend.
and final conculsion,
we left the bag with the security.

dinner opp school with captain yan,
xiaopei, xiao eve and shuhui.
xiao eve really really can eat alot!
