HELLO!

MON.
went to bugis to meet ptgf.
we shop around and she brouhgt her flip flop.
den off we go for dinner.
next we shop at bugis juntion.
we spent almost 2 hours in just only 5shops.
this is so mad la. hahaz.
you know why?
cos she can go to every single item
and start her irritating stuff.
and she keep on looking for stuff
that have small eyes and start to irritates me.
rah! she is mad.
hahaz but in all we have lots of laughter.

went to mac to take a sit after shopping.
chat on the phone with jolene.
den sat there awhile and chit chat.
and den home sweet home after that.


TUES.
went for training today.
did more on cardio today.
not too bad.
it still sucks when you know your
physical drop alot. rah!
my nose almost drop out during training.
dinner at BK and home sweet home.


my nose is trying to run away now.
is kind of irritating!
fever coming?
no nO NO!
i hate to be sick!
