had dinner wif joyce, chuan, gary, sab,
yvonne, zijie, louis, raymond and davin.
watch movie after tat.
but joyce and chuanqin went off.
watch silent hill.
not a bad show.
but alot ppl say not nice.
we find it not bad.
in fact i tink is nice.
went home after tat.
reach home at around 2.30am.

wake up at 10.
went for training.
todae's training is so crazy!
so fun!
we pull real hard.
we did lots of 800m set.
super shiok!
had a mini race wif ntu guys.
1000m!!!
omg! almost die.

lunch wif ahmao, joyce, chuanqin,
weepeng and cicilian at tamp mall.
went home after tat.
