was the PC 3 for the camp.
slp for onli 2 hr plus for the 3 day camp.
din slp for the first nitez.

book out camp for dragonboat training on second day.
went for running and did rowing.

book in again after tat.
it was the highlight nitez.
sld b veri high de.
yes the trainers r veri high.
but the trainees r so died.

den carry on wif program.
was the CDO after midnitez.
everyting is fine.

and soon it was the last day.
onli haf sum program.
and is time to say goodbye.
