skool is always the same.
went for bridge leader camp breifing.

den to TRAINING!
run around the skool.
did lots of pumping.

cos is raining.
did circuit.
den POWER pumping and
POWER cat stretch.
and is really veri POWER.
used ALOT of stenght.
towards the end we did
puming, jumping jack and puppies.
and at last warm down.

took the nursing for PT at first.
their physical not veri good.
