oh! met up with ptgf at sumerset.
went to cine to watch made of honour.
not bad. quite a nice show.
furby joined us later on.
went to shop for crazyfren's present.
furby went home after that.
while ptgf and me went down to
girlfriend's cousin wake.
homed after that.


WED.
went to training today.
did physical test.
rah! my 2.4km is 14.17min.
so slow la! omg!
next is pumping.
did only 61 in 1min.
i use to do 80plus want la.
den is sit up.
as always my situp wasnt good.
hahaz. den is circult.

went back to ITE after training.
suppose to celebrate crazyfren's bday.
but something happened.
so waited for the netballer to end training.
dinner with netball coach, ptgf and furby.
netball coach is so kuku la!
hahaz. she is so funny.
everytime bully me but she is nice to be with.
homed after that.


need to train up my 2.4km.
next selection need to complete below 12.35min.
