no lesson today!
woke up at around 1plus today.
slack and rot at home.
was on the phone with ptgf awhile.
den got changed and leave my hse.

went off to school.
training today.
not too bad.
train with the guys today.
i have to say
my physical really drop.
sucks.

the seniors are real good.
im serious.
need to buck up.
