HELLO!

went for training today.
our last sea training before race.
sprinting up the slope can kill!
did a few sets after that.

like everytime before race,
we had a team talk.
we never fail to end the talk
with most of us tearing.
this is how much we feel.

talking about the past.
it is definally something that we cant forget.
let's all just do our best!
not only rowing for myself,
i'm rowing for laoshi,
i'm rowing for hakloon,
most imptly, i'm rowing for the TEAM!
they are ppl who impact
me alot im my dragonboat life.

as usual we went for steamboat. hahaz.
cousin teri couldn't make it today.
so it was only 3 of us.
chat and crap quite abit.
shop around at the new shopping mall, iluma.
took some photos and off we go.
i drop by compass to visit moguaiyong.
irene was there too.
chat awhile and homed.

heard this nice song recently.
i think is quite nice.
so blog song changed.
