lesson were all the same.
as i mentioned before,
stupid italian is killing me!
is super duper difficult!

went for the human wheel barrow challege.
we took part in the fastest, the endurance
and the longest wheel barrow chain.
it was a very very fun day!

THANKYOU BRENDA from touch rugby!
she held me for the endurance's one.
we hang on there for around 15mins.
goodjob to everyone!
xiaopei held the longest among us.
around 21 mins plus.

some guys and girls from the sports team
broke the Singapore book record for the
longest human wheel barrow with 74 people!
it was on the news today! hahaz.


SAT.
went for training today.
ran kallang and down for rowing.
lunch at suntec and home.
stupid shoulder is giving me problem.
i think is due to ytd's wheel barrow.
everyone is having aching everywhere,
is all becos of wheel barrow and training.
a rest day for everyone tml,
so please rest well!
