HELLO!

SUN.
started training with pull up.
next is running.
did sprinting today.
den next down for rowing.
and did medicine ball after that.

felt real tired after training today.
dinner with captain, xiaopei,
savina and xiao eve at tamp.
brought xiao eve to spin after dinner.
she say we are crazy. hahaz.
accompany xiao pei to buy food after that.
while waiting captain and me went to osim.
tried 2 of the machine.
so comfortable. hahaz.
home after that.

MON.
met up with crazyfren at cityhall.
went to meet partner for lunch.
and crazyfren came along.
lunched at suntec.

went to marina square after that.
and partner went back to work.
nth to do and we went to cine.
rent a dvd at emax.
watched the orphanage.
is quite a nice show.
went down to bugis for awhile.
shop around and back to hg.
dinner at hg plaza.
and home after that.

saw quite alot of ppl today.
saw jan in the train,
saw heyma at citylink,
saw anthony at cityhall mrt,
saw ahlee and raymond at bugis. hahaz.
had a short chat with them.
as usual heyma is on her way to meet ruby,
anthony still keep himself fit.
must meet up soon ya?

a post here to congrat ITE girls.
they won FIRST for tertiary in 5men crew race.

i can understand how ahmao feel.
i'm really happy for you girls.
must continue to train hard k?
regatta is coming.

i saw a mail from facebook.
Raymond Yeo added you as friend.
i was like raymond yeo?
when i logged in to facebook,
i realise YES! IS LAOSHI, MR RAYMOND!
omg! he have facebook too!
hahaz. forever young at heart.
i kind of miss this mr botak.
hope he is doing fine.
