went to tamp for a swim
with ptgf and girlfriend.
the sun is real good.
i have a good tann.
jasmine is once again tann!
hahaz. lunched at kfc.
they went off after that.

suppose to meet a senior frm TP.
for her project stuff.
but she couldnt make it in the end.
so i went home.

get changed at around 7plus.
put on my shoes and went for a jog.
hmm around a 50 mins jog.
i feel good, real good.
more jogging will come.

near my hse to rest after the run.
alone with my mp3 and my headphone.
with no handphone, nothing at all.
close my eyes to breath hard.
brain starts thinking.

well. sometimes is really nice
to be alone with the music.
somehow, i like it.


no lesson tml.
is just consultation day.
hmm and i decided not to go.
cos i haven start doing anything.
and don think got anything unclear yet.
so im meeting ptgf for a swim in the afternoon
and training in the evening.

a female rower frm pink paddle.
rowing is her passion.
she stay strong and fight on with her cancer.
but sadly, she passed away due to an accident.
she have her paddle burried with her.
her family knows that she love rowing.
so left her paddle to go with her.
the passion in her.
i really salute to it.
all this make this more meaningful.
once a rower,
